Job Title: Tender Executive Construction Company

Location: Bhopal / Morena, Madhya Pradesh

Experience: 5-15 years (Tendering & Project Bidding)

Salary: As per industry standards

Role & responsibilities
- Identify and track Government Construction Tenders (PWD, Mandi Board, Police Housing, PMGSY)
- Review tender documents, check eligibility, prepare technical and financial bids
- BOQ analysis, cost estimation, and rate justification (knowledge of SOR required)
- Handle tender submission on eProcurement portals with complete documentation
- Manage bid process, vendor coordination, and client followup
- Track tender status until project award and prepare MIS reports

Qualifications:
- Graduate Or Post Graduate in Civil Engineering or related field

Preferred candidate profile
- Handson experience in Tendering Process, Bid Management, and Government eProcurement portals
- Strong knowledge of Excel, MS Office, Costing & Estimation
- Positive communication skills (Hindi & English)
