Role Summary

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Technology Recruiter to support hiring across emerging technology and digital transformation functions.

The recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers and technology leaders to identify, attract, and hire top talent across AI, Data, Cloud, Product Engineering, Platform Engineering, Cybersecurity, and Healthcare Technology domains.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and role requirements.
- Build strong candidate pipelines for niche technology positions.
- Drive hiring across:
- AI/ML Engineers, Generative AI Engineers, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Full Stack Engineers, Cloud Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Cybersecurity Professionals, Product Managers, Enterprise Architects, Healthcare Technology Specialists

Candidate Sourcing
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, social media, referrals, and skilled networks.
- Conduct proactive market research and talent mapping.
- Build and maintain a database of passive and active candidates.
