Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment & Onboarding Consultant with strong expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting Recruitment Management (RCM) and Onboarding 2.0 solutions. The candidate will work with HR stakeholders to streamline talent acquisition, candidate engagement, hiring, and onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support Recruiting Management and Onboarding modules.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable SuccessFactors solutions.
- Configure requisition templates, application workflows, offer approvals, and onboarding processes.
- Support candidate lifecycle management from requisition creation through onboarding.
- Design and maintain business rules, workflows, notifications, and role-based permissions.
- Coordinate testing activities including SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide L2/L3 support.
- Support integrations between Recruiting, Onboarding, Employee Central, and third-party systems.
- Prepare functional specifications and system documentation.
