We are seeking a mission-driven, articulate Chartered Accountant to join as our *Financial Controller* and become a key member of the leadership team. This is a *foundational hire* you will *set up the entire finance and accounts function from scratch*, build the team, design processes, and partner directly with the CEO to drive profitable growth.

Experience:* CA with 4-6 years post-qualification experience (PQE)

Monthly Revenue Scale:* ~2 crore/month (24+ crore ARR)

Salary- 20 to 24 LPA plus ESOPs.
