Job Description — E-Commerce Manager Company: Elfloren Spaces Role: E-Commerce Manager Work Mode: Remote Employment Type: Unpaid / Equity-Based Early-Stage Role ESOP: 0.10% About the Role Elfloren Spaces is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Manager to manage product listings, catalogues and day-to-day marketplace operations across our e-commerce channels. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently, handling large amounts of product information, creating professional catalogues and ensuring that every product is presented accurately and attractively. Key Responsibilities Product Listing & Marketplace Management - List and manage products across Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Etsy and other relevant e-commerce platforms. - Create and optimize product titles, descriptions, bullet points, specifications and keywords. - Upload product images, videos and other required listing assets. - Maintain accurate pricing, inventory, SKU and product information. - Monitor listings for errors, suppressed products, missing information and policy issues.



- Update existing listings whenever product information, pricing or images change. Catalogue Management - Create professional product catalogues for Elfloren's product range. - Maintain and organize product databases, SKU information and product specifications. - Prepare marketplace-ready catalogue files and product information sheets. - Ensure consistency in product names, dimensions, materials, pricing and descriptions. - Coordinate product information between suppliers, internal records and marketplaces. Product Mockups & Creative Assets - Create qualified product mockups and lifestyle presentations. - Place products into suitable interior/home décor environments using Canva, Photoshop or similar tools. - Create product infographics highlighting dimensions, materials, features and benefits. - Prepare marketplace images according to platform requirements. - Improve existing product photograph
