Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Business Development professional with a solid background in the staffing and recruitment industry.

The ideal candidate should have experience identifying prospective clients, generating qualified leads, initiating conversations with decision-makers, and developing new staffing or recruitment business opportunities.

This role is best suited for independent consultants, freelance business developers, former staffing professionals, or experienced sales professionals who already understand the staffing industry and want to work on a flexible, performance-driven engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach prospective clients who have staffing and recruitment requirements.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, referrals, networking, cold calling, and other business development channels.
- Connect with HR leaders, Talent Acquisition teams, procurement professionals,



hiring managers, founders, and other decision-makers.
- Introduce staffing and recruitment services to prospective clients.
- Understand client hiring needs and identify suitable business opportunities.
- Schedule meetings and discovery calls with qualified prospects.
- Support proposal discussions, commercial negotiations, and client onboarding.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective staffing clients.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients and decision-makers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and opportunities.
- Coordinate with recruitment and delivery teams once new requirements are received.
