Job Description
Montrims Limited, a leading trims and packaging manufacturer in Bangladesh, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the position of Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Heat Print. The ideal candidate will lead heat transfer printing operations, ensure production efficiency, maintain quality standards, and support continuous process improvement within a fast-paced manufacturing workplace.

Roles And Responsibilities
- Oversee daily heat print production operations and ensure on-time delivery.
- Manage heat transfer printing machines and ensure optimal utilization.
- Ensure product quality as per buyer requirements and technical specifications.
- Monitor production planning, manpower allocation, and shift management.
- Maintain printing parameters (temperature, pressure, dwell time) for consistent output.
- Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, Planning, and Merchandising teams.
- Reduce wastage and improve productivity through lean manufacturing practices.




- Ensure compliance with safety standards and factory regulations.
- Troubleshoot production and quality-related issues.
- Prepare production reports and KPI analysis for management review.

Academic Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science (BSc)
- Concentration/Major: B.Sc. in Textile Engineering / Industrial & Production Engineering (preferred).
