About the Role

We are looking for a UAE Healthcare RCM Trainer with strong hands-on experience in Medical Coding, Claims Submission and Resubmission/Reconciliation.

The role involves training new hires and existing employees, developing training content, identifying knowledge gaps and improving employee performance based on quality and rejection trends.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training for recent hires and existing RCM employees
- Train employees on UAE Healthcare Coding, Submission and Resubmission processes
- Provide training on UAE payer, coding and insurance guidelines
- Conduct refresher and focused training based on identified knowledge gaps
- Analyze quality errors, rejection trends and operational feedback to identify training needs
- Develop training modules, manuals, checklists and presentations
- Prepare and update training content based on client and process changes
- Monitor trainee performance and provide coaching during the learning curve
- Develop action plans for bottom performers and employees requiring focused training




- Conduct assessments and evaluate trainee performance
- Maintain training records, assessment results and TNA feedback
- Collaborate with Operations, Quality and Rejection/Resubmission teams to identify training requirements
- Maintain and update training SOPs and training materials
- Ensure training programs are delivered as planned and within defined timelines

Mandatory Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in UAE Healthcare RCM
- Prior experience in Medical Coding
- Strong experience in Claims Submission
- Strong experience in Claims Resubmission / Reconciliation / Rejections
- Good knowledge of UAE healthcare and insurance guidelines
- Experience working with DHA / DOH / Riayati guidelines is preferred
- Strong understanding of ICD-10-CM and CPT coding
- Prior experience in training, mentoring or coaching RCM employees
- Ability to analyze quality and rejection trends and convert them into training requirements
