Scholed is an online coaching platform based in Kerala, providing video classes, live sessions, and expert academic guidance for NIOS Plus Two and UG Degree programs, including distance and open university programs such as SGOU.

We are building a high-performance, telecalling-led sales team to help students across Kerala and beyond make informed decisions about open schooling and distance education.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager – Telesales to lead and manage a team of 10–20 Business Development Executives (BDEs) responsible for counselling prospective students and converting inquiries into enrollments.

This is a 100% phone-based sales role and does not involve field sales. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overall team performance, enrollment targets, sales processes,



coaching, reporting, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate should have robust experience in telesales team management, preferably within the education, distance education, open schooling, admissions, or ed-tech sector.

Key Responsibilities

* Own the sales strategy and enrollment targets for a team of 10–20 telesales BDEs.

* Lead, mentor, motivate, and performance-manage the sales team.

* Recruit, onboard, and train new Business Development Executives.

* Set and drive daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets.

* Monitor individual and team performance against defined KPIs and sales targets.

* Track call volumes, lead follow-ups, conversion rates, revenue, and enrollment performance.

* Conduct regular call audits and provide coaching on sales pitches, counselling quality, objection handling, follow-ups, and closing techniques.
