Role:

We are looking for energetic and customer-friendly Retail Sales Associates to join our bakery Retail Outlet Team You will greet customers, manage the billing counter, handle bakery orders, and maintain clean display sections.

Responsibilities:
- Greet walking customers politely and assist them with the menu
- Describe bakery items, cakes, and brownies to customers.
- Take accurate orders and handle cash/digital billing systems.
- Upsell promotional deals, beverages, and combo offers.
- Maintain hygiene and neatness at the food counter.

Preferred candidate profile
- Education: 12th Pass minimum (Diploma/Graduate in Hotel Management, Marketing can apply).
- Experience: 1 to 3 Years (Freshers are welcome to apply).
- Gender: Male & Female both can apply.
- Skills Needed: Basic English speaking, active listening, and polite customer handling. Work Details
- Shift: Rotational shifts (e.g., Morning/Evening shifts).
- Working Days: 6 Days a week (Rotational week-off).
