Human Intelligence Labs Private Limited is focused on preparing students and early-career professionals for careers in software engineering and emerging technologies through structured training, practical projects and industry-oriented learning.

We are building an in-house marketing team and are looking for a creative and analytical intern who can help shape how HiLabs is positioned and communicated to students, parents and other stakeholders.

Role Overview

The Brand Strategy & Marketing Intern will focus on marketing strategy, brand positioning, campaign planning and performance analysis.

This is not primarily a graphic design or video-editing role. You will determine what HiLabs should communicate, who it should communicate with, and how campaigns should be structured to generate awareness, trust and qualified enquiries.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand HiLabs’ programs, target audience, business objectives and competitive workplace.
- Conduct research on students, parents, competitors,



education trends and digital marketing practices.
- Help define and maintain HiLabs’ brand positioning, messaging, tone of voice and communication guidelines.
- Develop monthly marketing and campaign plans aligned with program launches, admissions and events.
- Generate creative campaign concepts for social media, digital advertising, college outreach and other channels.
- Prepare detailed content briefs for the Digital Content & Social Media Intern.
- Plan content pillars, campaign themes, publishing schedules and calls to action.
- Review content to ensure consistency with the approved brand strategy and campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to understand lead quality, student concerns and conversion challenges.
- Analyse content and campaign performance using relevant metrics.
- Recommend improvements based on audience response, lead quality and campaign results.
