Role Responsibilities
- Transcribe Mizo-language videos with accurate and clearly defined timestamps.
- Describe and annotate the emotional undertones and nuances of speakers in both spoken and written content.
- Analyze complex grammar structures and language tone in Mizo and English.
- Define conceptual and contextual meanings of words and phrases for linguistic improvement tasks.
- Collaborate closely with the customer s team to maintain high standards of linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance.
- Perform advanced language data analysis to inform and refine AI model development.

Requirements
- Have native or near-native proficiency in both Mizo and English, with exceptional command of grammar, vocabulary,



and idiomatic expressions.
- Possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate insights and feedback clearly.
- Demonstrate robust analytical skills in deconstructing language, tone, and speaker intent.
- Have experience with transcription, linguistic annotation, or similar language-focused work.
- Be comfortable working with digital tools and maintaining accuracy under deadlines.
- Exhibit proven attention to detail, especially in nuanced language and timestamping tasks.
