Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with expertise in Compensation Planning, People Analytics, and Integration Center. The ideal candidate should possess strong implementation and support experience across SuccessFactors modules, analytics, reporting, and integrations. The role involves working closely with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver scalable HR transformation solutions.

Required Technical Skills

Must Have
- SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Planning
- SuccessFactors People Analytics (Stories, Tiles & Dashboards)
- SuccessFactors Integration Center
- Employee Central integration knowledge
- Report Center and Workforce Analytics
- Data migration and data validation experience




- SuccessFactors Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
- Experience with XML configurations and templates
- End-to-end SuccessFactors implementation/support experience

Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support SuccessFactors Compensation Planning processes.
- Design compensation templates, worksheets, budget allocation, eligibility rules, and compensation cycles.
- Develop and maintain People Analytics dashboards, reports, and workforce insights.
- Create and manage Integration Center interfaces for inbound and outbound integrations.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable SuccessFactors solutions.
- Perform system configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.
