Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager – Payroll & Statutory Compliance to manage end-to-end payroll processing, attendance and overtime validation, statutory compliance, payroll documentation, and HR operations.

The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in Payroll, PF, ESI, Professional Tax (PT), statutory returns, payroll MIS, salary processing, and HR operations. Experience in handling payroll for multiple entities and locations will be an added advantage.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Payroll Management
- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for multiple entities.
- Collect and verify employee attendance and overtime (OT) details from site coordinators and reporting managers.
- Verify attendance records and resolve discrepancies before payroll processing.




- Prepare final attendance and overtime calculation sheets.
- Calculate and process salaries, including salary advances, leave encashment, reimbursements, deductions, and other payroll adjustments.
- Maintain accurate employee payroll records and ensure timely updates in the payroll system.
- Manage employee loan and salary advance deductions.
- Verify employee bank account, PF and other payroll-related details.
- Incorporate approved HR inputs and payroll remarks before processing salaries.
- Prepare monthly payroll budget and salary processing reports.
- Conduct final payroll verification and reconciliation before salary processing.
- Coordinate with Finance/Accounts for timely salary processing.
- Release employee payslips after salary credit.

2. Payroll Reports & Documentation
- Prepare and maintain monthly payroll reports and salary statements.
- Prepare actual salary reports and payroll MIS for management.
- Maintain site-wise and employ
