- Handle customer queries through voice support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Provide accurate and timely solutions to customers.
- Maintain quality and customer satisfaction standards.
- Follow process guidelines and escalation procedures.

Eligibility
- Minimum 1 year of International Voice Process experience – Mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Good customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts

Pay: ₹42,011.86 - ₹46,520.12 per month
