We are looking for a responsible and organised Warehouse & Inventory Executive to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including order packing, dispatch, inventory management, stock records, and operational documentation.

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, reliable, comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets, and capable of independently managing the warehouse workflow.

Key Responsibilities

1. Order Packing & Dispatch
- Pack all customer orders accurately and securely as per company standards.
- Verify products, quantities, variants, and order details before packing.
- Generate and attach shipping labels/invoices as required.
- Coordinate daily order dispatches with courier/logistics partners.
- Ensure all packed orders are dispatched within the committed timeline.
- Maintain proper records of dispatched, pending, cancelled, and returned orders.
- Handle RTOs and returned shipments and update the records accordingly.

2. Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate records of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.




- Regularly update inventory sheets for inward and outward stock.
- Track stock consumption and identify low-stock items.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile them with system/sheet records.
- Report any shortage, excess, damage, or discrepancy immediately.
- Ensure products and materials are properly labelled, organised, and stored.

3. Warehouse Management
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organisation of the warehouse.
- Arrange products systematically for easy identification and picking.
- Ensure raw materials and finished products are stored safely.
- Maintain proper segregation of raw materials, finished goods, packed orders, returns, and damaged stock.
- Monitor packaging materials and maintain sufficient stock.

4. Data & Sheet Management
- Maintain and update daily inventory and order tracking sheets.
- Update stock movement, dispatch, returns, and material consumption records.
