Brikerty Estates is a new boutique luxury residential real estate consultancy focused on current launch premium properties. Founded by a senior recruitment professional with over 15 years of working directly with CXOs and senior leaders at India's most respected organisations Brikerty brings a rare combination of deep HNI understanding, market intelligence, and trusted advisory to the luxury property space.

We work with a curated group of clients HNIs, senior professionals, NRI investors — who expect discretion, depth, and a genuinely personalised experience. We are currently building our digital brand from the ground up and are looking for one exceptional person to own this completely.

The Role

We are looking for a talented, aesthetically sharp, and self-driven Content Creator & Social Media Manager to build and grow Brikerty Estates' digital presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Google.

This is not a routine social media management role. You will be the primary creator, strategist,



and executor for all digital content — working directly with the Founder. The standard we aspire to is Serhant Studios, applied to Gurgaon's ultra-premium real estate market.

You will own everything end-to-end: shoot, edit, design, write, post, analyse — and help generate real inbound leads for the business.

Key Responsibilities

1. Video Production & Reels

Plan, shoot, and edit premium property walkthrough Reels and YouTube videos on iPhone/camera with gimbal

Script and produce talking-head videos and market insight Reels featuring the Founder

Edit all video content end-to-end — subtitles, music, transitions, text overlays, colour grading

Shoot exterior, interior, amenity, and neighbourhood content across Gurgaon project sites

Produce YouTube Shorts, long-form property tours, and Facebook video content

2. Instagram & Social Media Management

Own and grow Brikerty Estates across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Google Business
