Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Excel dashboards using advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and charts with 3-5 yrs exp in the same
Create qualified PowerPoint presentations
Analyze spend, savings, supplier performance
Support budgeting, cost-saving analysis, and procurement performance tracking.
Maintain procurement databases and ensure data accuracy.
Automate repetitive reports using Excel macros or Power Query (preferred).
Required Skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, dashboards).
Excellent PowerPoint presentation skills.
Knowledge of SAP (MM module)
Basic Power BI knowledge will be an added advantage.
Ability to convert raw data into meaningful insights
