We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Sales Telecaller to join our team and promote our food products. The candidate will be responsible for calling customers, retailers, distributors, and potential business clients, explaining our products, generating leads, and supporting sales activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Introduce and explain our food products, pricing, offers, and benefits.
- Generate new sales leads through telephone calls.
- Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into orders.
- Maintain customer information and call records.
- Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.




- Collect customer feedback and share it with the sales team.

Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi, and/Gujarati.
- Confident and polite telephone manner.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/WhatsApp.
- Sales or telecalling experience in FMCG/food products will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
