We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Business Development Executive International Markets to join our team in Vasai.

The primary responsibility of this role will be to generate new international B2B leads, identify prospective customers, initiate conversations and develop new business opportunities for our company.

This is a hands-on business development role. The candidate will be expected to independently research markets, identify prospects, reach out to decision-makers and build a robust sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential international customers, distributors, importers, hospitality groups, facility management companies and corporate buyers.
- Generate new B2B leads through LinkedIn, email, phone calls, online research and other channels.
- Identify decision-makers and initiate conversations with prospective customers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and convert prospects into qualified business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Generate enquiries, RFQs and new business opportunities.




- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the internal team for costing, quotations and product development.
- Develop and maintain relationships with international customers and distributors.
- Research new markets and identify opportunities for expansion.
- Maintain regular reporting of leads, follow-ups, meetings and conversions.
- Work towards defined lead-generation and business-development targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B Business Development / International Sales / Export Sales.
- Proven experience in lead generation and new customer acquisition.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach and LinkedIn prospecting.
- International customer-facing experience will be preferred.
- Experience in textiles, uniforms, linen, hospitality, facility management or related B2B industries will be an advantage.
