Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute migrations from on-premises environments to Microsoft 365.
- Migrate on-premises Exchange mailboxes to Exchange Online.
- Configure and manage Exchange Hybrid environments.
- Perform migrations of SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and file-server data to Microsoft 365.
- Configure Microsoft Entra Connect/Azure AD Connect and synchronize identities.
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, mail flow, and authentication requirements.
- Configure and troubleshoot MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records.
- Develop PowerShell scripts for migration, administration, and automation.
- Perform mailbox, shared mailbox, distribution list, public folder, and PST migrations.
- Troubleshoot migration failures, synchronization issues, and mail-flow problems.
- Coordinate migration activities, testing, cutover, and post-migration support.
- Prepare technical documentation and migration procedures.

Required Skills




- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft infrastructure and administration.
- Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft 365/O365.
- Experience with Exchange Server 2016/2019 and Exchange Online.
- Proven experience with on-premises to Microsoft 365 migrations.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Experience with Azure AD Connect / Microsoft Entra Connect.
- Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
- Experience with SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams.
- Good understanding of DNS, SMTP, SMTP relay, MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with migration tools such as Quest, BitTitan MigrationWiz, ShareGate, AvePoint, or CodeTwo.
- Experience with large-scale enterprise migrations.
- Experience with tenant-to-tenant Microsoft 365 migrations.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Purview.
