Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Executive Payroll who can support the end-to-end payroll processing and related HR activities across the organization. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee payroll data, attendance and leave records, salary calculations, statutory deductions, and payroll-related documentation.

The ideal candidate should have valuable knowledge of payroll processing, statutory compliance, attendance management, and MS Excel, with solid attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Key Responsibilities

1. Payroll Processing
- Assist in monthly payroll processing for employees across different locations / units.
- Collect and verify payroll inputs such as attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, deductions, advances, and other salary-related components.
- Ensure accurate calculation of gross salary, deductions, net salary, and other payroll components.
- Verify payroll data before processing and identify / resolve discrepancies.




- Coordinate with HR and unit teams for timely submission of payroll inputs.

2. Attendance & Leave Management
- Maintain and verify employee attendance, leave, late coming, overtime, and shift-related data.
- Reconcile attendance records with payroll inputs before salary processing.

3. Statutory Compliance
- Assist in payroll-related statutory compliance activities such as PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS, and other applicable deductions.
- Ensure accurate calculation and deduction of statutory contributions from employee salaries.
- Assist in preparation of statutory returns, challans, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for payroll and statutory compliance requirements.
- Maintain proper records for statutory audits and inspections.
- Process Full & Final Settlements, including salary, leave encashment, deductions, recoveries, and other applicable components, within defined timelines.
