Purpose/Objective

The Regional Sales and Marketing Head is responsible for leading the sales and marketing function for the assigned region, ensuring revenue generation and brand positioning across residential and commercial projects.
This role involves strategic planning, sales execution, team alignment, and delivering measurable results in line with business objectives.
The role will also oversee marketing initiatives, customer engagement strategies, and loyalty portfolio management, ensuring top-line and bottom-line achievements.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Regional Sales and Marketing Head Sales Planning and Revenue Generation: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets for the region.
Create project-wise sales plans, including positioning, pricing strategies, and target achievement.
Monitor and improve conversion ratios, ensuring efficient lead closures and sales team alignment.
Generate sales revenue through direct, referral, and channel partner engagement.
Marketing and Branding Initiatives: Plan and execute marketing campaigns,



including media plans, hoarding space, print strategies, and digital promotions.
Develop marketing models for new product launches and brand-building efforts.
Drive project branding and positioning to align with customer needs and market trends.
Oversee referral sales generation and lead generation initiatives.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine strategies for existing and current opportunities.
Strategic Business Contributions: Provide inputs to architecture and project teams based on customer feedback for new developments.
Collaborate with the liaison team to ensure timely project approvals.
Build sustainable revenue models while achieving market share and profitability goals.
Partner with joint venture (JV) stakeholders to align and execute sales and marketing strategies.
