Job Summary

The Creative Designer is responsible for developing creative and visually engaging designs for the company’s branding, marketing, social media, digital platforms, and other communication materials. The role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to convert ideas and requirements into effective visual designs.

Key Responsibilities
- Create designs for social media posts, advertisements, banners, brochures, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Develop creative concepts based on company requirements and brand guidelines.
- Design visual content for digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Maintain consistency in the company’s visual identity and branding.
- Collaborate with the marketing, HR, and other departments to understand design requirements.
- Edit and enhance images, graphics, illustrations, and other visual materials.
- Prepare designs in appropriate formats for digital and print use.
- Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and creative techniques.




- Manage multiple design projects and complete them within deadlines.
- Review and modify designs based on feedback from management or team members.
- Maintain organized design files and creative assets.

Required Skills
- Positive knowledge of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, or similar software.
- Strong creativity and visual communication skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to understand and follow brand guidelines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good time-management and deadline-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing design requirements.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Previous experience in graphic design or creative design is preferred.
