Job Responsibilities Architect
- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Prepare design proposals and presentations in coordination with project requirements.
- Coordinate architectural designs with structural, MEP, and other consultants.
- Prepare working drawings and construction documentation for execution.
- Review drawings and resolve design and technical issues during project development.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
- Conduct site visits and monitor work to ensure execution follows approved drawings and design intent.
- Assist in material selection, detailing, and development of architectural elements.
- Support projects from initial concept and planning through detailed design and execution.
- Work on residential, landscape, and community-centre projects across different locations.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building regulations, standards, and project requirements.
- Manage multiple design tasks and coordinate deliverables within project timelines.
