Position: Chat Support Executive
Location: Sector 17, Gurgaon
Salary: ₹35,000 CTC per month + Incentives
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Shift: Rotational Shifts
Work Mode: Work From Office

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
- Freshers are eligible to apply
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory
- Strong written communication and typing skills
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities
- Professional and customer-focused approach
- Ability to work effectively in rotational shifts

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information through chat.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow company guidelines and standard operating procedures.




- Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.
