• HR Manager (Female)

Location: Kota

Experience: 3-4 years in the Hotel Industry

Salary: 30,000/month or Negotiable

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various hotel departments.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Source, screen, interview, and select suitable candidates.
- Manage joining formalities and employee onboarding.
- Maintain an updated database of candidates and employees.

2. Employee Management
- Handle employee grievances, concerns, and disciplinary matters.
- Maintain positive employee relations and workplace discipline.
- Monitor employee performance and coordinate performance reviews.
- Support department heads in staff management and manpower planning.
- Ensure proper communication of hotel policies and procedures.

3. Attendance & Payroll
- Maintain employee attendance, leave, and shift records.
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing with the accounts department.
- Monitor overtime, incentives,



deductions, and other payroll-related details.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

4. HR Administration
- Maintain personnel files and employee documentation.
- Prepare appointment letters, joining documents, and other HR-related records.
- Maintain staff registers and HR reports.
- Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee exit formalities, resignation, and full & final coordination.

5. Hotel Staff Coordination
- Coordinate with departments such as Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, Kitchen, Security, Maintenance, and Administration.
- Ensure adequate manpower availability across departments.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and workplace conduct.
- Assist management in resolving operational and employee-related issues.
