We are looking for a responsible, hardworking, and reliable Office Boy to support the day-to-day administrative and office operations. The role involves maintaining office cleanliness, assisting employees and visitors, handling documents and courier activities, and supporting the loading, unloading, collection, and movement of materials between the office, courier offices, suppliers, and project locations. 4 WHEELER LICENSE MANDATORY

Key Duties & Responsibilities

1. Office Maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the office, pantry, meeting rooms, and common areas.
- Ensure the office premises and work areas are neat and organized.
- Report any maintenance, repair, or facility-related requirements to the concerned person.

2. Pantry & Refreshment Services
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, drinking water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Maintain cleanliness of the pantry, utensils, cups, and related areas.
- Monitor and assist in maintaining adequate pantry supplies.

3. Courier & Document Handling
- Collect and dispatch documents, parcels,



and materials through courier and transport agencies.
- Receive incoming couriers and parcels and hand them over to the concerned employees.
- Visit courier offices, post offices, banks, suppliers, and other locations for official requirements.
- Assist with photocopying, printing, scanning, filing, and basic document-related work.

4. Material Loading & Unloading
- Load and unload materials, parcels, equipment, and office supplies received from or dispatched through courier offices, transport agencies, suppliers, and project sites.
- Assist in shifting and arranging materials in the designated storage areas.
- Handle materials carefully to prevent damage during loading, unloading, and movement.
- Check the quantity and visible condition of materials received and report any shortage or damage to the concerned person.
- Assist in packing, preparing, and dispatching materials as instructed.
