Position 1 : Die Polisher

Job Summary

The Die Polisher is responsible for polishing and finishing extrusion dies to ensure smooth metal flow and high-quality profile finish.

Key Responsibilities
- Polish extrusion dies using appropriate tools and abrasives.
- Ensure proper surface finish and dimensional accuracy.
- Assist in die maintenance and repair activities.
- Maintain polishing tools and equipment.
- Coordinate with die correction and production teams.

Position 2 : Die Corrector





The Die Corrector is responsible for correcting die dimensions and resolving profile defects related to extrusion dies.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze profile defects and identify die correction requirements.
- Perform bearing corrections and die modifications.
- Coordinate with extrusion production team during die trials.
- Maintain die correction records.
- Support recent die development activities.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-7 years of experience in a similar role (Tool Room - Die Polisher & Die Corrector).
- Diploma or B.Tech / B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in operating machine shop equipment such as lathes and milling machines.
