About the Role

We are looking for a creative, results-oriented Digital Media Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, audience engagement, leads, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media and other digital platforms.
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn
- Plan and maintain a content calendar in collaboration with the creative team.
- Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns to improve reach, engagement, leads, and ROI.
- Conduct market, competitor, and audience research to identify current opportunities.
- Track website and social media analytics and prepare regular performance reports.
- Work closely with content creators, designers,



and video editors to produce effective marketing content.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging tools.
- Develop strategies to increase organic reach, engagement, and online visibility.

Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO, keyword research, and performance tracking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an understanding of branding and content.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with content strategy and social media management.
- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative S
