Business Growth Manager

Role Overview

The Business Growth Manager will own the end-to-end growth strategy for Careoff. This is a hybrid role that combines marketing, business development, partnerships, and sales. You will identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build strategic relationships, close deals, and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive sustainable growth.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building from the ground up, thrives in a rapid-paced startup environment, and is equally comfortable discussing strategy, running campaigns, making cold calls, and closing business.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across B2B and B2C segments.
- Build partnerships with corporates, residential communities, senior living communities, hospitals, clinics, schools, HR teams, and other referral partners.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and outreach campaigns.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations,



and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close partnerships and customer contracts.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Develop long-term relationships with key accounts and strategic partners.

Marketing & Lead Generation
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute customer acquisition campaigns.
- Drive lead generation through digital marketing, offline activations, community events, and corporate engagement programs.
- Organize awareness campaigns, apartment society activations, health camps, and tech park events.
- Identify recent customer acquisition channels and referral opportunities.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for lead quality and conversion.

Partnerships & Community Growth
- Establish relationships with apartment associations, gated communities, RWAs, corporates, and senior living operators.
