Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated US Travel Sales Consultant to join our travel sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the US travel market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert travel inquiries into confirmed bookings.

The consultant will handle US customers and travel agents, understand their travel requirements, provide competitive flight and vacation package options, follow up with leads, and close sales while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound travel sales inquiries from US customers.
- Understand customer travel requirements, preferences, budget, and travel dates.
- Search and recommend competitive international and domestic airfares.
- Sell flight tickets, hotels, vacation packages, cruises, transfers, and other travel services.




- Prepare quotations and itineraries based on customer requirements.
- Follow up with leads through phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings.
- Negotiate professionally with customers while maintaining company margins.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional travel services whenever appropriate.
- Maintain regular follow-ups on pending quotations and unpaid bookings.
- Handle last-minute bookings and urgent travel requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers, DMCs, airlines, hotels, and other travel partners.
- Maintain accurate customer and booking information in the CRM.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally before and after booking.
- Stay updated on airfare trends, travel destinations, promotions, airline rules, and travel policies.
