Our client is looking to engage with a Executive Coach - Strategic Account Management with
global B2B technology/IT services experience
, focused on strategic account growth, account mining, and revenue expansion.

Consultants should bring
hands-on executive coaching and facilitation experience
, enabling CP–DP leaders to address live account challenges and drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive
strategic account growth and revenue expansion
across large enterprise accounts.
- Facilitate
account-mining workshops
to identify whitespace, cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
- Coach
Client Partner (CP) and Delivery Partner (DP) pairs
on account strategy, role clarity, collaboration, and growth priorities.
- Facilitate
senior leadership workshops
focused on live business and account challenges.




- Support leaders in developing
actionable account growth plans
with transparent business outcomes.
- Provide
executive coaching
on client engagement, stakeholder management, and sales–delivery alignment.
- Challenge existing account strategies and identify
new growth and relationship opportunities
.
- Translate capability-building interventions into
measurable account-level impact
.

Skills Required
- Strong business credibility and exposure to strategic account growth or large-client portfolio management globally / regionally
- Familiarity with IT / technology services, consulting, or B2B enterprise sales environments
- Ability to support measurable business outcomes rather than deliver generic leadership training
- Facilitation experience with senior leaders in application-oriented workshops or labs
- CP–DP collaboration
and sales–delivery alignment
- Senior stakeholder management &
