Factory Merchandiser
Role Overview
We are looking for a Factory Merchandiser who will be responsible for managing the complete product lifecycle from order planning and production coordination to quality checks and timely dispatch. The role will work closely with factories, artisans, vendors and internal teams to ensure products are delivered as per Rezon's quality, design and timeline requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with factories, artisans and vendors for production planning and execution.
- Manage production schedules, order tracking and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Quality and Sales teams for smooth execution.
- Monitor product quality, specifications, finishing and workmanship as per brand standards.
- Track production samples, approvals, modifications and final production.
- Identify production delays, quality issues and bottlenecks and drive timely resolution.




- Maintain production trackers, order sheets, costing and vendor records.
- Support cost negotiation and production costing with vendors/factories.
- Conduct regular factory/vendor visits and ensure adherence to agreed timelines and quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-5 years of experience in Factory Merchandising / Production Merchandising / Vendor Management.
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality control and vendor coordination.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and production tracking, Negotiation Skills & Follow-up
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple production orders simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel to factories/vendor locations as required.
