Role Overview

We are seeking a Head Cook / Chef to lead our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, discipline, and expertise in North Indian cuisine, ensuring consistent quality and taste for our café customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and prepare North Indian dishes with authentic flavors.
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards in the kitchen.
- Manage inventory, minimize wastage, and control food costs.
- Collaborate with management to design menus and introduce new dishes.





Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of professional experience as a chef/cook.
- Solid expertise in North Indian cuisine.
- Ability to manage a team and maintain discipline in the kitchen.
- Immediate availability to join.
- Passion for hospitality and customer satisfaction.
