? Shift: Night Shift | Canadian Operations

We are looking for an experienced Tracking & Tracing Coordinator to join our team and support our Canadian trucking operations.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and track trucks and shipments in real time.
- Provide timely updates to customers and internal teams.
- Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and customers.
- Follow up on pickup and delivery status.
- Identify delays, breakdowns, or service issues and escalate them promptly.
- Maintain accurate tracking records and daily reports.
- Ensure consistent communication throughout the shipment lifecycle.
- Handle after-hours tracking and tracing requirements.

? Requirements:





- Previous experience in Canadian trucking / logistics is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of tracking & tracing procedures.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working night shifts.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments.
- Experience with transportation management systems or tracking software is an advantage.
