Job Summary

Consultant Information Security, Risk and Compliance Location: India Work Timings: European time, US time zone : The Information Security, Risk and Compliance consultant would primarily be responsible for supporting the Information Security initiatives of the client (manufacturing) for HCLTECH In-Scope Services. He would also be responsible for providing inputs to the client with respect to the IT & IT Security Risks for the services being provided by HCLTECH. Key role would be to engage in Security Assessment, perform Risk Management and provide compliance assurance (perform ISO27001 assessment) services and foster the relationship to improve the engagement experience of the client through trusted consulting.

Primary Responsibilities:  Handle technical and business impacting aspects of Information Security Risk areas comprising of Audit / compliance, IT, Operational and Legal Risks.  Lead and Execute Risk Assessment and Management Program  Should be able to resolve Risk and Security solutions / issues and work with Security & Risk Manager to bring them to closure.  Should be able to deliver on Assessments & support Audits.  Perform ISO27001 assessment for the HCLTECH scope of services  Work with teams demonstrating the core team values and Adhere to the Policies and Practices of Client as well as HCLTECH.



 Should be able to interface with Auditors and be the Audit Lead for ISO27001 and SSAE 16 SOC 1 / SOC 2 Audits Additional Responsibilities: Should support in educating and strengthening the sales and other functions with relevant education to promote Risk and Compliance practice within the organization Qualification: Minimum - B.E/ B. Tech, (MBA / MCA / MTech is an added advantage.) Experience:  Should have minimum of 8 years of experience in cybersecurity consulting.  Experience of at least 3 years in ISO27001 management or audits.  Working Knowledge of TISAX will be an added advantage.

Capabilities and Certifications:  Qualified Services background  Should have at least one or more of the below certifications: (ISO 27001 LA, ISO 27001 LI, CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC)  Having Knowledge on AI governance with supporting certifications would be added advantage  Must Demonstrate Good Communication and Presentation Skills and Project Management Skills
