Role Description The Tourism Intern at Atlatic will support the Travels & Tours operations by assisting in itinerary planning, coordinating bookings, and helping manage travel inquiries and reservations. This internship role is hybrid, based in Mumbai, with some work-from-home flexibility depending on business needs. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with customers and partners, preparing travel proposals and promotional materials, maintaining trip documentation, and updating travel-related information in internal systems.

The intern may also help with basic sales and marketing activities,



such as identifying leads, supporting campaigns, and gathering feedback to improve services. This role offers exposure to the tourism industry, client interaction, and the practical aspects of travel planning.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients and partners.
- Knowledge or academic background in Travel & Tourism, with interest in itinerary planning and destination research.
- Basic Sales and Marketing skills to support travel promotions, lead generation, and campaigns.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Mumbai, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive, learning-oriented mindset.
- Comfort with common office and online tools (email, spreadsheets, presentation software, and travel platforms).
- Relevant coursework or prior internship experience in tourism, hospitality, or related fields is an advantage.
- The requirement is to communicate in Hindi as well as English.
