MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES TO BE ACCOMPLISHED: Responsible for Plastic Molding design and Mold feasibility study. Responsible for project planning and executions. To ensure the project quality as per the standards To meet the delivery deadlines.

EDUCATION (Qualifications obtained in the course of formal education and/or training) Diploma / Post Diploma in Tool and Die.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience in the Plastic Molding design & Mold feasibility study.





SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: · Good knowledge in Plastic Molding design & Mold feasibility study Good skills in tool design using NX software. Good skills in d esign calculations(Shrinkage, Tolerances, Tonnage etc) Good knowledge in Tooling materials and material selection . Valuable knowledge in Tool manufacturing processes. Knowledge in Stamping die design Knowledge in gauge and fixture design and GD&T.;
