Role Description This is a full-time, on-site TGT English role based at Winmore Academy in Bengaluru. The TGT English faculty member will plan and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with the school curriculum for middle and high school students.

Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching grammar, literature, and language skills, assessing student performance, and providing constructive feedback. The role involves maintaining classroom discipline, supporting students’ reading and writing development, organizing language-related co-curricular activities, and participating in staff meetings, parent-teacher interactions, and school events. The teacher will collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching methodologies and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning setting.

Qualifications

- Strong English Teaching skills, including lesson planning, classroom management, and student assessment




- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with students, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to use Translation skills where needed to support multilingual learners
- Customer Service orientation to address parent and student queries professionally
- Training skills to mentor students and participate in teacher development initiatives
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education, or a related field
- Relevant teaching certification and experience in middle or high school English
- Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and educational technology
- Ability to create an inclusive classroom that supports diverse learning needs
- Strong organizational skills and commitment to the school’s values and policies
