Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of testers for ETL data warehouse and BI testing projects.
- Develop comprehensive test strategies, quality assurance frameworks, standards, and best practices.
- Oversee test planning, estimation, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
- Review and approve test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
- Coordinate with development teams, business users, and stakeholders; manage defect tracking and UAT activities.
- Establish metrics and KPIs for measuring testing effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
