We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Test Manager with robust expertise in the Banking domain to lead end-to-end quality assurance and testing activities across banking applications and digital transformation programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining test strategies, managing test teams, ensuring quality delivery, and collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.

The candidate should possess extensive experience in banking applications, regulatory compliance, core banking systems, payment systems, lending, cards, internet/mobile banking, and test management best practices.

Expereince- 10+ Years

Work Location- Mumbai

Overall Responsibility for Quality of testing and Timely delivery





Key Driver of the Test Improvement Initiatives

Create Test strategy, Overall Plans, Resource requirements and allocation, technical skill areas

Interaction with Bank team on Project Risks & Concerns and resolution of issues

Report project status to the Delivery or Program Manager.

Knowledge Management on the project

Create Test Design and Execution Plan and schedule of testing

Responsible for Metrics Measurement and Implementation

Experience in Banking Domain - Core Banking, Payments, Lending, Cards, Trade Finance

Experience in JIRA - Defect Management
