We are looking for a Tender Executive with 1–3 years of relevant experience in tendering, bidding, and documentation, preferably from the Solar/Renewable Energy, Electrical, EPC, or Manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate government, PSU, corporate, and private tender opportunities.
- Handle the complete tendering process from tender identification to bid submission.
- Prepare and compile technical, commercial, and pre-qualification documents.
- Review tender eligibility criteria, BOQ, specifications, and submission requirements.
- Coordinate with Technical, Sales, Finance, Purchase, and Management teams.
- Prepare tender quotations, commercial offers, compliance sheets, and declarations.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of tender documents.
- Maintain records of tenders, EMDs, PBGs, and related documentation.
- Track tender status, corrigendums, results, and deadlines.
- Assist in preparing responses to tender queries and clarifications.
- Maintain databases of tenders, bids, competitors, and outcomes.

Required Skills




- Good knowledge of tendering and bidding processes.
- Strong documentation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to understand technical specifications and BOQs.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
- Knowledge of GeM, CPPP, e-tendering portals, and other government tender platforms will be preferred.
- Experience in Solar/Renewable Energy, EPC, Electrical, or Manufacturing tenders will be an advantage.

QualificationBachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 1–3 years of experience in Tendering / Bidding / Proposal Management.
- Candidates from Solar, Renewable Energy, EPC, Electrical, or Manufacturing backgrounds will be preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills.
