Looking for an experienced GeM Tender Executive to manage government tenders and GeM operations for our pharmaceutical/healthcare business. ResponsibilitiesSearch and identify relevant GeM tenders and government procurement opportunities. Prepare and submit GeM bids, quotations, and required documents.
Handle tender documentation, compliance, affidavits, certificates, and declarations. Track bid status, technical evaluation, reverse auctions, and purchase orders. Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, documentation, dispatch, invoicing, and order fulfilment.
Maintain records of submitted, won, and ongoing tenders. Monitor tender deadlines and ensure timely submissions.
