Role Description The Telecaller role at WePitch is a full-time, in office position based in Jaipur. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective and existing clients, introducing WePitch’s services, generating leads, and scheduling follow-up calls or meetings for the business development team. Day-to-day activities include maintaining call records, updating CRM or internal databases, responding to inbound inquiries, and sharing accurate information about IT consulting and digital marketing solutions.





The role also involves understanding client needs, handling basic objections, and ensuring a professional and courteous communication experience. Telecallers collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to support campaigns, meet call and conversion targets, and contribute to overall business growth.

Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with the ability to engage confidently and professionally over the phone.
- Customer service and relationship-building skills to handle inquiries, address concerns, and create a positive caller experience.
- Basic sales and lead generation abilities, including call persuasion, handling simple objections, and converting conversations into opportunities.
- Comfort with using computers, CRM tools, and office software for call logging, data entry, and report updating.
- Good command of English and Hindi; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage time effectively, and meet daily and weekly call targets.
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support is preferred but not mandatory; freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum high school/secondary education; a diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field is beneficial.
