Handle incoming enquiries and understand customer requirements. Explain products/services and provide relevant information.

Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into sales. Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers. Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets. Update customer details and follow-up status in CRM/system.





Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead conversion.

RequirementsGood English and Kannada communication skills . Excellent communication and convincing skills. Positive attitude and customer-focused approach. Target-oriented and self-motivated. Basic computer knowledge. Previous experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer service is an advantage. Immediate joiners preferred.
