The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, making outbound calls to potential buyers, explaining real estate projects and generating qualified leads for the sales team. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and property leads.

Handle incoming enquiries and understand customer requirements. Explain residential and commercial real estate projects to customers. Follow up with interested prospects through calls and WhatsApp. Qualify leads based on budget, location and property requirements.

Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status. Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team. Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.



Maintain basic records of calls, follow-ups and customer interactions.

RequirementsFemale candidates aged 18–25 years . Minimum 6 months to 3 years of telesales / telecalling / real estate sales experience . Good communication skills in Hindi and English . Confident personality with positive convincing and negotiation skills.

Comfortable making a high volume of calls. Basic knowledge of computers and WhatsApp. Positive attitude and target-oriented approach. Candidates with prior real estate telesales experience will be preferred.
