Role Description The Telesales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. In this position, the representative will make outbound and receive inbound calls to promote and explain various financial products, respond to customer inquiries, and guide potential clients through the sales process.

Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, presenting appropriate product options, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales in the system. The role also involves collaborating with the team to meet sales targets,



participating in training sessions to stay updated on product features and compliance requirements, and providing a positive customer experience during every interaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage customers clearly and professionally.
- Candidates should possess Customer Support skills to handle queries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to convert leads, meet targets, and confidently present financial products.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills, including willingness to learn and apply new product and process knowledge.
