Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our products/services, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers through effective communication. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

Explain products/services clearly and professionally. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions. Generate and follow up on leads through regular calls. Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns. Maintain a positive and skilled relationship with customers. Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion.





Provide regular updates on call activity and sales performance.

Required

SkillsGood communication and convincing skills. Hindi and basic English communication skills. Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills. Comfortable making a high volume of calls. Target-oriented and self-motivated. Basic computer knowledge. Ability to work effectively in a team. QualificationMinimum 12th Pass; graduates preferred. Freshers can apply. Previous experience in telesales, telecalling, BPO, or customer service will be an advantage.
