Position:- Telesales Executive
Location:- Vashi, Navi Mumbai.
Qualification:- Graduation/Undergraduate
Job Roles & Responsibilities:-
Make Outbound calls to convert them into policy sales.
Understand customer needs quickly and pitch the perfect insurance products ( Health, Motor, Travel & more )
Explain Product features, perks and coverage in an engaging way to close deals.
Achieve & exceed monthly sales target and earn unlimited incentives.
Handle objects smartly, build instant rapport and create long term customer relationships.
Earn attractive incentives & performance bonuses on top of fixed salary.
Work Timings & Perks:-
Shift Timing:- 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
6 Days Working
CTC:- Upto 2.79 LPA + Monthly Incentives
